Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement data, spending patterns, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, managing performance, compliance, and contract adherence.
- Support the negotiation of contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on procurement activities, key metrics, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to understand material and service requirements and align procurement strategies.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on supplier risk, performance, and compliance with ethical sourcing guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and visualization.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and basic contract law.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
