Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Full-Time Dietitian to join our growing team in Westfield, Indiana. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and counseling to a diverse patient population. You will play a pivotal role in promoting health and wellness, preventing and managing chronic diseases, and improving overall quality of life through individualized dietary interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including dietary histories, anthropometric measurements, and biochemical data analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized medical nutrition therapy plans for patients with diverse health conditions.
  • Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counseling, focusing on patient education and behavior modification strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate nutrition care into overall treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
  • Stay current with the latest evidence-based research and clinical guidelines in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and educational programs as required.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of nutrition education materials and programs.

Required Skills

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Dietitian.
  • Proficiency in conducting nutritional assessments and developing care plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Specialty certification (e.g., CDE, CSG, CSP) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
