Job Description

Career.zycto is thrilled to partner with a warm, professional, and discerning family residing in the picturesque Marton area of Middlesbrough. They are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated English Speaking Nanny to become an integral part of their household, providing exceptional care for their two delightful children, aged 4 and 7. This is a unique live-in opportunity, offering a private, comfortable accommodation within the family home, ensuring a seamless integration into their daily rhythm.

The family values a nanny who can foster an engaging, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Your primary focus will be on the children’s well-being, development, and daily routines. This includes everything from preparing nutritious meals and assisting with homework to organizing creative play, educational activities, and outdoor adventures. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for children, boundless energy, and a proactive approach to childcare. You will be expected to manage schedules, oversee school pickups and drop-offs, and facilitate after-school activities, ensuring a smooth and organized day for the children.

Beyond the day-to-day care, the family is looking for someone who can truly connect with their children, encouraging their individuality, curiosity, and social skills. You should be adept at promoting good manners, instilling a sense of responsibility, and supporting their emotional growth. A clean driving license is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for transporting the children to various engagements. While the primary focus is on the children, light nursery duties related to their care, such as tidying their rooms, organizing toys, and doing their laundry, will also be part of your remit.

This position offers a chance to join a respectful and appreciative family who values open communication and a positive atmosphere. The accommodation provided is a private bedroom and bathroom, ensuring your comfort and privacy. Marton is a lovely, family-friendly suburb with excellent local amenities, parks, and schools, providing an ideal setting for both the children and for you to enjoy your time off. If you are a compassionate, responsible, and professional nanny eager to make a significant positive impact on a wonderful family’s life, we encourage you to apply.
