Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for US-based roles, from job brief to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top American talent across diverse industries.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide strategic market insights and advice on compensation, trends, and recruitment best practices relevant to the US market.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth hiring process for both candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a keen understanding of American idioms and professional communication styles.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with exposure to the US market.
- Strong proficiency in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
