Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training and mentorship programs designed for new educators.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral incidents.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.
