Key Responsibilities

- Analyze grant guidelines, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements to ensure alignment with client projects and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective grants, tracking deadlines and progress using various tools.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information, data, and documentation for grant applications.
- Craft persuasive, well-researched, and articulate grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents that tell a compelling story.
- Manage the full grant application submission process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Monitor awarded grants, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to post-award management activities.
- Stay informed about current funding trends, changes in grant regulations, and best practices in grant research and writing.
- Maintain organized, detailed records of all grant activities, communications, and outcomes in a systematic manner.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in grant research, proposal writing, and successful grant acquisition.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on persuasive writing.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of deciphering complex requirements and data.
- Proficiency in using grant databases and research tools (e.g., Foundation Directory Online, Grants.gov, various provincial/federal portals).
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- High degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and discretion.
