Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Clean, pre-process, and integrate large and varied datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings, methodologies, and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to seamlessly deploy models into production environments.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements, research, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and AI.
  • Potentially mentor junior data scientists and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and deep learning concepts.
  • Extensive experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a highly analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
