Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Clean, pre-process, and integrate large and varied datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Communicate complex analytical findings, methodologies, and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to seamlessly deploy models into production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements, research, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and AI.
- Potentially mentor junior data scientists and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and deep learning concepts.
- Extensive experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
