Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging e-learning courses, modules, and digital learning assets using various authoring tools.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into interactive and effective e-learning content.
- Integrate various multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, graphics) to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure all e-learning content adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508) and company brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain course content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure smooth functionality.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of e-learning courses to identify and resolve technical issues or content inaccuracies.
- Stay current with e-learning industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve our offerings.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning content as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-learning development processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360)
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course deployment (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail for creating engaging interfaces
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating and editing visual assets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
