Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
- Implement and enforce security best practices within the infrastructure and application stack.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response and troubleshooting.
- Document systems, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
- Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance our DevOps capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
