Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and talent acquisition teams to brainstorm content ideas and develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, ensuring maximum visibility and organic reach.
- Design and produce visual content (graphics, short videos, infographics) using relevant tools to complement written content and enhance engagement.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content initiatives and maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion) to identify trends, report on effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, digital marketing, and employer branding.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
