Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and process new deliveries, ensuring items are checked against delivery notes for accuracy.
- Stock shelves, display units, and chillers with products, following established planograms and merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure all products are faced up, rotated correctly (first-in, first-out), and in date.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area, including stockrooms and sales floor aisles.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management as required.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet trucks, cage trolleys) if needed.
- Report any damaged, faulty, or missing items to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent support to the retail team, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
