Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure the best value and quality for Career.zycto.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, conducting regular business reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the vendor management framework.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Operations, Finance) to align vendor strategies with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reporting on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for vendor escalations and conflict resolution.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
