Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Equity Bank's overall business objectives and regional targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of branches and operational units within Narok, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior service delivery.
- Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to achieve financial targets and strategic goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, HR, IT, Marketing) to ensure seamless cross-functional operations and strategic alignment.
- Drive the adoption and effective utilization of digital banking solutions and other technological advancements to streamline operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform operational improvements and strategic adaptations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
