In this crucial full-time role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the entire ERP lifecycle, from initial needs assessment and system selection to implementation, customization, training, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and gather client requirements to define project scope and objectives.
- Design and optimize business processes within the ERP system to align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Configure and customize ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CRM) to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users and key stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during system integration and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay abreast of new ERP technologies, features, and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.
- Proficiency with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
