Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain organised and updated physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing office calendars.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Assist in the preparation of internal communications and memos.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an office administrative or clerical role (minimum 12 months)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
