Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert IT consulting services, including strategic planning, system analysis, and solution design.
- Assess client needs, identify gaps, and recommend suitable technological solutions to enhance business efficiency and security.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of new IT systems, software, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct technical audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance reviews, offering actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all IT-related matters.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior team members as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT consulting, systems analyst, or similar technical advisory role.
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions (ERPs, CRMs) and data management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
