Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
  • Design and propose effective, scalable, and secure IT solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Implement new hardware, software, and network configurations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues, often remotely or on-site.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for client staff on new technologies and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for various IT initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously offer innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT consulting or a similar technical support/analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
