Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the designated territory.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, and reporting on progress to senior management.

Required Skills
