Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ESG rating methodologies, risk assessments, and impact measurement frameworks.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG reports, presentations, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability objectives and provide tailored ESG solutions.
- Monitor emerging ESG issues, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.
- Support the integration of ESG considerations into investment decisions and corporate strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, effectively communicating complex ESG concepts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an ESG Analyst or in a related sustainability role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated understanding of global ESG frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD, SDGs).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in French (an asset for integration in Quebec).
- Experience with ESG software platforms and databases.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA ESG Investing, FSA credential).
