Key Responsibilities

  • Meticulously review and validate large datasets and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance against established guidelines and business rules.
  • Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies, biases, errors, and inconsistencies, providing clear and constructive feedback to data scientists and AI/ML engineers.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of data review protocols, quality assurance standards, and best practices for AI-related data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal data governance policies, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA), and financial industry compliance standards.
  • Participate in root cause analysis of data quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of data reviews, findings, and resolutions for audit and transparency purposes.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in AI ethics, data governance, and regulatory requirements related to artificial intelligence in finance.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential biases.
