Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions across various platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and promote a collaborative development environment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum framework, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and share expertise within the team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Go, Ruby).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js for frontend; Django, Spring, Node.js for backend).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
