Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide timely and accurate information, resolving client issues and escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Process client requests, updates, and transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and streamline processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills
