Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and evaluate insurance claims, determining validity and extent of company liability.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, policyholders, and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and empathetic support.
  • Negotiate fair and equitable settlements, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Document all findings, communications, and actions accurately and promptly in the claims system.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, underwriters, and other departments to ensure comprehensive claim resolution.
  • Identify and report potential fraudulent claims, conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, legal changes, and best practices in insurance claims.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.
