Job Description
As a Part-Time Loan Processing Assistant at CRDB Bank Plc, based in Bawe Island, Zanzibar City, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic loan department. Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required fields are filled and supporting documents are attached.
- Perform initial data entry of applicant information into the bank's loan management system with precision.
- Liaise with applicants via phone and email to collect missing information or clarify details.
- Assist loan officers in preparing comprehensive loan packages for review by the underwriting department.
- Verify client information and documentation, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and confidential physical and digital loan files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering basic loan-related inquiries and guiding applicants through the process.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and report preparation, as needed.
