Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, tailored to our student audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities for engagement, and report on emerging best practices.
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content strategies.
- Research relevant hashtags, keywords, and topics to increase reach and visibility within the student and career development communities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Support the creation of basic graphic design assets using tools like Canva.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
