In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our email campaigns, from ideation and content creation to segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure email communications are consistent with our brand voice and marketing goals. A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, personalization, and deliverability, is essential. We are looking for someone who can not only execute campaigns but also provide insightful analysis to continuously improve our email marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Segment email lists and develop targeted content for various customer segments to optimize engagement.
- Design and code engaging email templates, ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-client compatibility.
- Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure email marketing activities comply with anti-spam regulations (CASL) and data privacy policies.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other marketing team members to develop compelling email content.
- Manage and maintain the email marketing platform, including list hygiene and automation workflows.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in email marketing.
- Support the development of lead nurturing programs and customer retention initiatives through email.
Required Skills
- Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills for marketing content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
