Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply fundamental AI support principles and methodologies.
- Assist in monitoring AI system performance, identifying potential issues and anomalies.
- Provide first-level technical support for AI-powered applications and services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document support interactions, solutions, and contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior AI support specialists or engineers.
- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives to enhance AI knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to resolve AI-related challenges.
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve AI system reliability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Perform routine diagnostic checks and data validation on AI models under supervision.
Required Skills
