Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage air freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Prepare, review, and process all required shipping documentation, including air waybills, customs paperwork, and invoices.
- Communicate proactively with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and overseas agents to provide status updates and resolve issues.
- Track shipments diligently, monitoring progress and anticipating potential delays or challenges.
- Ensure strict compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, security requirements, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to secure competitive pricing for clients.
- Utilize freight forwarding software and systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Participate in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight forwarding or a related logistics role.
