Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nandi County. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for an individual with a passion for sales, an innate ability to build strong relationships, and a desire to contribute to the success of both our clients and our candidates. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the vibrant Nandi County market. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client hiring requirements and pain points.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing Career.zycto’s recruitment services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements effectively to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid Kenyan driving license and willingness to travel within Nandi County.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment, HR solutions, or professional services industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Swahili.
  • Existing network or strong understanding of the Nandi County business landscape.
