Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Improvement Analyst to join our team in West Haven, Leduc. Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate process performance, identify root causes of problems, and quantify the impact of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and design optimal future state processes.
- Develop and present clear, concise recommendations for process enhancements, including cost-benefit analyses and implementation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Monitor implemented processes to ensure sustained improvements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide ongoing support and adjustments.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of process improvement methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and other process mapping/data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with business process management (BPM) software platforms.
