As a Wedding Planner with Career.zycto, you will be the cornerstone of our clients’ most cherished memories. You’ll work closely with couples to understand their unique love stories, preferences, and budgetary considerations, meticulously crafting bespoke wedding experiences. This involves everything from venue selection and vendor coordination to timeline management and on-the-day execution. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive wedding proposals, timelines, and mood boards.
- Source and manage relationships with venues, caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and other vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all vendor services align with client expectations and budget.
- Oversee budget creation and management, providing regular updates to clients.
- Coordinate logistics for all wedding-related events, including ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.
- Provide on-site coordination and supervision on the wedding day to ensure flawless execution.
- Address any unforeseen issues or challenges promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends, styles, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
