Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sports practices and game-day activities.
- Teach fundamental sports skills, rules, and strategies to participants of varying ages and skill levels.
- Promote an atmosphere of positive sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with participants, parents/guardians, and fellow staff members.
- Organize, maintain, and manage sports equipment.
- Assist with program planning, scheduling, and logistical coordination as needed.
- Provide positive encouragement and constructive feedback to help participants improve.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, guidelines, and codes of conduct.
