Key Responsibilities
- Restock all bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring continuous availability.
- Prepare fresh garnishes daily (e.g., slicing lemons, limes, oranges, creating simple syrups) according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and emptying trash bins.
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and order fulfillment during peak hours, ensuring efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory, alerting bartenders or management to low stock levels of key items to prevent interruptions in service.
- Handle keg changes and ensure proper setup and maintenance of draft beer lines.
- Support the front-of-house team as needed, contributing to overall restaurant efficiency and a seamless guest experience.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy cases (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment, even if not directly as a barback.
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
