Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Translate complex user requirements and business goals into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
  • Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design high-fidelity UI mockups and specifications for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Present and articulate design decisions and their underlying rationale to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating designs accordingly.
  • Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, continuously seeking to improve our design process and output.
  • Champion accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to ensure our products are usable by all.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX/UI design projects, problem-solving skills, and design thinking process.
  • Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience conducting user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience designing for recruitment technology, HR tech, or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand implementation constraints.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience designing inclusive digital products.
  • Experience working with international teams and understanding global user behaviors.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior designers or lead design initiatives.
