Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior plasterers with surface preparation, including cleaning, scraping, and patching.
- Learn to accurately measure and mix plaster, stucco, and other finishing materials according to specifications.
- Apply plaster coats to walls and ceilings, gaining proficiency in various application techniques.
- Smooth and finish surfaces using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of materials.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work areas.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning new techniques and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
