Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, following established checklists and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all items are well-maintained and stocked.
- Replenish guest room amenities, including toiletries, towels, and in-room supplies, ensuring all items are correctly placed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, striving to exceed expectations.
- Manage and organize linen closets, carts, and supplies efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel safety, security, and health guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
