Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and lease compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, engaging with contractors and ensuring work is completed to high standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identifying potential issues and ensuring properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and relevant documentation in accordance with UK property law.
- Manage rent collection, service charge administration, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
- Market vacant properties, conduct viewings, and screen potential tenants efficiently.
- Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to the UK.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ARLA Propertymark or RICS.
