Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough security risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat intelligence gathering for various clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to client-specific needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert consultation on physical security systems, cybersecurity best practices, personnel security, and operational security measures.
  • Design and oversee the deployment of integrated security solutions, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and incident response plans.
  • Lead security audits, investigations, and post-incident reviews to identify weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver engaging training programs and workshops for clients on security awareness, emergency preparedness, and crisis management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all security-related matters.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, security technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated security solutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security consulting, law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate security.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment methodologies, threat analysis, and security program development.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems, access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and potentially regionally as required.
