Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Solution Consultant to join our innovative team in Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah. This pivotal role involves bridging the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technological solutions across our diverse real estate, hospitality, retail, and leisure operations. The Senior Solution Consultant will be instrumental in analyzing business challenges, designing comprehensive and scalable solutions, and guiding their implementation to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and strategic growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business unit leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure that proposed solutions align with our overarching business objectives and technological roadmap. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis and gather detailed requirements from various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Hospitality).
  • Design and architect innovative and scalable technical solutions that address complex business needs and align with Al Hamra Group’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals, including technical specifications, functional designs, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during the pre-sales and discovery phases, providing technical expertise and demonstrating solution capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT development teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful and timely solution implementation.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-implementation review.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to solution design and implementation, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution consulting and enterprise architecture.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution delivery methodologies and documentation standards.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior consultants and team members.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Property Management Systems, POS).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed solution designs, flowcharts, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or specific vendor certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).
  • Experience in the real estate development, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern integration technologies (APIs, microservices).
  • Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks.
