Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote CRM Specialist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maximizing the effectiveness of our Customer Relationship Management platforms, ensuring seamless operations, data integrity, and strategic utilization to enhance customer engagement and retention.
As our Remote CRM Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our CRM system (primarily Salesforce, but experience with others is a plus). You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for data entry, data cleansing, and data governance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of customer information. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
You will play a key role in creating and managing reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer lifecycle, engagement, and retention.
- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of CRM features to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay updated with CRM trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM platform (administration, configuration, reporting).
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
