Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our bustling team in Makati. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily operational activities, driving efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes. The Senior Operations Coordinator will act as a key point person for various operational projects, collaborating closely with internal teams such as customer service, tech, and ground operations, as well as external partners. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and service quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of logistics processes and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Coordinate effectively with various internal departments (e.g., Customer Service, Tech, Finance) and external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth communication channels.
  • Lead or actively participate in operational projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to execution and post-implementation review, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance within the team.
  • Manage comprehensive documentation related to operational procedures, policies, incident reports, and performance records for audit and improvement purposes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in operations management or coordination, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, efficiency principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics management software (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS)) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) or proven experience in leading operational improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine logistics landscape, e-commerce trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in Tagalog and English fluently.
