Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create and design engaging visual content (e.g., graphics, videos, layouts) for social media, website, and other marketing channels using design software.
- Draft compelling copy for advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and in-mall signage.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external communications and materials.
- Support the coordination and logistical planning of marketing events, mall activations, and tenant partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and best practices in retail branding.
- Manage and update the company's digital presence, including scheduling social media posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, tenants, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand sentiment, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the marketing department, including budget tracking and supplier coordination.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
