Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory.
  • Learn and apply best practices for organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for outbound shipments under supervision.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) after receiving proper training and certification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve inventory accuracy.
  • Report any damaged or defective inventory items promptly.
  • Continuously learn about new inventory management techniques and systems.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
