Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Learn and apply best practices for organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for outbound shipments under supervision.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve inventory accuracy.
- Report any damaged or defective inventory items promptly.
