Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research on various statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to company operations and specific projects.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, memos, and reports, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Assist in preparing for litigation by organizing exhibits, conducting discovery, and summarizing depositions.
  • Monitor changes in legal legislation and regulatory requirements, providing concise summaries and recommendations for internal adjustments.
  • Support the legal team in due diligence processes, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and document management systems.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal best practices and policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in legal research and analysis, particularly using legal databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
