Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Shadow and assist senior Mortgage Loan Officers in all aspects of the loan origination process.
- Learn to analyze financial information and credit data to determine loan eligibility and recommend appropriate products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
- Prepare accurate loan applications and necessary documentation for processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the loan cycle.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
