Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training programs to obtain real estate licensure and develop foundational industry knowledge.
- Shadow experienced agents to learn best practices in client engagement, property showcasing, and negotiation strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of real estate forms, contracts, and other documentation.
- Conduct property research and market analysis to stay informed about local real estate trends in Kenner and surrounding areas.
- Network and prospect for new clients, building and maintaining a robust client database.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.
