Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research and development of new food products and formulations.
- Conduct experiments, taste tests, and shelf-life studies in a laboratory setting, meticulously documenting observations.
- Support the R&D team in preparing and analyzing samples, compiling detailed data, and generating reports.
- Participate in sensory evaluation panels and provide objective, constructive feedback on product attributes.
- Learn and strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all relevant food safety standards.
- Help maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring its proper calibration and a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives related to enhancing product quality, improving process efficiency, and exploring ingredient functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Research emerging food trends, novel ingredients, and innovative technologies to inform future product development strategies.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related scientific field.
