Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Translate user research and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and technical constraints.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in UI/UX design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Demonstrable experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
