Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the trading desk.
- Assist with trade capture, verification, and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and process trade-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Back Office, Compliance, Risk) to resolve trade discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor market news and data, compiling relevant information for traders.
- Maintain accurate trading records and databases.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports.
- Facilitate logistical and administrative needs specifically for foreign trading professionals, ensuring smooth integration.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations relevant to international trading.
- Conduct ad-hoc research and special projects as required by the trading team.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a financial services support role, preferably within trading operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced).
- Strong understanding of financial markets and basic trading concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
