Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing assessments for a diverse client population.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and resources.
- Accurately document client progress, maintain meticulous records, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality and respecting cultural diversity.

Required Skills
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or eligibility to register.
- Demonstrated foundational knowledge of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a professional team setting.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
